Ordering instructions:

  1. After choosing any items from our mailorder catalogue, use any address from contact section to get in touch with us and reserve items you want to order.
  2. Please, DO NOT ask any questions, which already has the answers published at this page. Just read this page carefully.
  3. The longest reservation period is 1 (one) week. Exceptions can be made only for the regular customers.
  4. Please specify the full name, zip-code and shipping address in the first letter.
  5. Before making an order, please check up if your item is listed in the catalogue as available. Strikethrough items are currently out of stock, so you can’t order them right now. If the item is mentioned in news section, or your newsletter, but not mentioned at the mailorder catalogue, that means, that it was already bought, and you can’t order it.
  6. Foreign customers should recalculate the prices according to the actual currency rates, published at the main page of our catalogue.
  7. Shipping rates for Russia are 100.ru per parcel, and shipping across the country is free of charge when ordering 5 items or more.
    Delivery to another countries:
    - when 1-5 items ordered: 200.ru (regular mail) / 300.ru (airmail).
    - when 6-10 items ordered: 300.ru (regular mail) / 500.ru (airmail).
    - when 11-20 items ordered: 600.ru (regular mail) / 900.ru (airmail).
    The price for those orders which include vinyls, is calculated individually for each parcel.
    All CDs are sent with jewel cases, vinyls are being sent via standard registered parcels, packed in special cardboard boxes. All the orders, without ANY exceptions, are shipped via registered mail. You can get the tracking number upon request.
  8. If you order 10-14 CDs, you get the 10% discount; when order contains 15 items, discount rate is 15%. Vinyl discount rate is 10% when order contains 5 or more positions. Discounts for vinyl and CD items are separated and can’t be united.
  9. Order processing and shipping usually takes up to 5 (five) working days since the moment of payment confirmation.
  10. We accept PayPal and Western Union payments (when ordering at least for ˆ40 or $60).
    We DO NOT accept hidden cash or cash in registered letters.
